San Francisco Portrait Photographer with a fine art, photojournalistic style
My goal is to
capture the essence of whomever I am working with professionally, creatively
and with feeling. I photograph portraits in a fine art, photojournalistic style. My goal is to
capture the essence of whomever I am working with professionally, creatively
and with feeling.
Making beautiful images is important to me and I genuinely like working with
people. I always hear that I make people very comfortable and that they really
enjoy being photographed. This includes my work as a child photographer, family photographer, and baby photographer.
When people come to the studio they feel as if they are visiting a friend. I am a documentary photographer by trade,
and sessions with me are light and stressf free.
Here is a slideshow of some portrait photography examples.
You can also view examples of my work as a professional wedding photographer

Clients say they want/wanted me as their San Francisco portrait photographer because of the way I capture feeling and emotion. Years from now you'll be able to look at your pictures and remember how you felt at the moment of each picture. Capturing a moment in time is very important to me.
Clients also appreciate the way I bring out their beauty and uniqueness. I often hear things like "I never like pictures of me and I like so many of these!"
